Welcome back to school! We will be dismissing early at 1:30pm today, and there is NO KINDERGARTEN today or tomorrow.
Our first day of school will be 8/18 and it will be early out, so we dismiss at 1:30. If you have an incoming kindergartener, there is NO SCHOOL 8/18-8/19.
Back to School Night will be held 8/13 from 4p-6p. Bring your student to meet their teacher!
Class reveal day is Thursday! Swing by 11-12 to see class listings posted on the front doors and enjoy a popsicle.

Summer office hours are Wednesdays 9am to noon. Come in to register your student or handle any clerical issues before the upcoming year.
Keep checking our Live Feed and calendar for up to date information. Class lists for the upcoming year will be posted sometime in July!
Class Wish Lists will be updated regularly throughout the summer. To find your student's wish list, visit the E. Layton Elementary website>Menu>Parent Resources>Classroom Wish Lists.

Our 6th grade celebration will be held today. Parents are welcome to stop outside for the Walk About at 3:05pm to see their outgoing Bobcat.
Parents/guardians, please have your student check our Lost & Found before school ends. Any unclaimed items after school dismisses for the summer will be discarded or donated.
Today is the deadline to sign up for Summer Art. Please be sure to also turn in any missing forms or library books.
We still need parent volunteers for Field Day! Please contact your student's teacher if you can help!

Chick Fil A Night will be held tonight from 430-630 at the Layton location on Antelope Dr. Stop by and help earn money for our school!

D.A.R.E. Lagoon Day will be held all day tomorrow for 6th graders. Tickets can be purchased through the QR code their teacher emailed out to guardians. Students are responsible for their transportation to and from Lagoon.
