Here are the details you need to know:

Who is being screened?
Standard Grades: All students in grades K, 1, 3, and 5 will be automatically screened.
Other Grades: If your child is in 2, 4, or 6 grade and you want them screened, please contact your student's teacher directly to arrange it.
Want to opt out? If you do not want your child to participate, opt-out forms are available in the main office.
Please make sure your child wears their glasses or contacts to school on screening day! Thank you for helping us keep our students healthy and ready to learn. 📚❤️
Each Friday, our students who are ready to pass off the memorized Mission Statement will meet with Principal Murdock or Intern Summerhays. The student will receive a certificate and their picture placed on our "Magic in Me" student wall in the cafeteria.
This challenge will run until the Thanksgiving break. Please help your child memorize our Mission Statement:

Our Lost & Found pile is already starting to grow! With so many similar jackets, hoodies, and lunchboxes floating around the school, it is hard to figure out who they belong to.
Please take a few minutes this week to clearly write your student's first and last name on their outerwear (jackets, sweaters, coats) and lunchboxes.
When items are labeled, our team can quickly return wandering belongings straight back to their rightful owner instead of letting them sit in the lost and found! 💙
Tip: A permanent marker on the tag or a waterproof name sticker works wonders.

🎻 Calling All Future 6th Grade Orchestra Students! 🎶
Does your 6th grader want to try orchestra this year? They’ll have a special opportunity to see and explore the orchestra instruments on September 2nd before orchestra officially begins on September 4th!
This is a great chance for students to get familiar with the instruments, ask questions, and get excited about joining orchestra. We can’t wait to introduce our future musicians to the wonderful world of strings! 🎻✨
